Description
Project Office X is a full-featured project management application. Designed to help you manage, create and control your projects.
Use all the features of Project Office: Gantt chart, graphs and dashboards to manage your activities.
Project Office provides features such as:
• Gantt chart allows you to track the entire planning of a task. Visualized projects will help you keep track of task durations, start and end dates, percentage complete, relationships between tasks, and assigned resources. Plus, you can easily edit tasks directly on the Gantt chart.
• A pleasant and intuitive interface will help you cope with all tasks quickly and without obstacles.
• Effective resource management. Add resources to your project: people or materials needed to complete the project. You will be able to identify bottlenecks in your project and distribute the load fairly.
• Change tracking tool. Establish a baseline to track development by comparing the baseline set to the actual one.
• Customizable calendar. By varying your work hours for the entire project, you can create a more realistic plan to account for overtime and weekends.
• Smart filter. You can easily hide those tasks that you don’t need to think about at the moment. Simply use the filter to focus on the tasks that need to be done.
• Share your projects. Send your colleagues the entire project or a PDF Gantt chart report. For greater convenience, you can generate a report of tasks or resources and send them as HTML.
• Backup to iCloud. Back up your projects to iCloud to save all the information you need.
• Critical Path – Project Office displays your project’s critical path, which is the series of tasks required to complete the project on schedule.
